Event Rentals From Celebration Works

How Does it Work?

STEP 1: Browse

Browse through our catalog for industry-standard equipment and add anything you need to your rental list.

If you're not sure about what equipment you need just call or chat with us and we're happy to offer you advice.

STEP 2: Submit

Once you're done building your rental list, click on the shopping bag icon on the top right corner and enter the date range for your rental.

Hit "Request Quote" to send us your rental request. Please note that there is a $50 minimum order amount.

STEP 3: Processing

We’ll review your list of equipment and if we think you forgot an item or we need to clarify something, we’ll be in touch so we can get it right the first time.

If everything looks good to go, we will process your payment. Rentals are officially booked for you after we receive your payment.

STEP 4: Pickup

When your rental is ready, you'll be notified with instructions on when to pick up from the nice folks over at Alpine Storage's Packaging Depot.

Through their Hold For Pickup service, we've made arrangements for them to hand the rentals over to you. Just provide them with your order number and show them your ID!

STEP 5: Return

After your done using the rentals, it's time to return the items. Pack them up as best you can. We don't expect it to be perfect and we trust that you'll handle them with care.

Return the rentals to the Packaging Depot (during business hours) and you're all done!

No time to pick up? No problem, for an extra delivery fee we can drop it off to you. You can pick this option during check out.

Setup for most orders is self-explanatory, but if that just isn’t your thing, you can also hire an on-site A/V Technician to handle the setup and strike. For professional A/V services, please contact us and we can provide a custom quote for you.
